Take over screens straight away with an urgent message or content, then hand them back.

Broadcasts are for things that can't wait: a fire drill, a closed entrance, a last-minute announcement. They replace whatever is on screen within about 30 seconds.

  1. Send a broadcastPut an urgent message on all screens, a group or one screen within 30 seconds, in the style and for the time you choose.
  2. Broadcast a video, layout or playlistShow a media item, layout or playlist on screens straight away, with or without a message banner across it.
  3. End a broadcast earlyStop a live broadcast before its time is up, so screens go back to their normal content.
  4. Broadcasts and approvalsWhen your organization requires it, editors' broadcasts wait for an admin before going live. Here's how it works.
