Your media library holds everything you can put on a screen. Upload files, link live dashboards and videos, then use them on screens, in playlists and in layouts.

  1. Upload images, video and documentsAdd pictures, videos, PDFs and PowerPoint files to your media library by dragging them in or choosing them from your computer.

  3. Show PowerPoint and PDF filesUpload a presentation or PDF, choose how long each slide or page shows, and learn what changes when slides are converted.
  4. Show web pages and live dashboardsPut a website or live dashboard on your screens, keep it current with automatic reloads, and zoom it so it's readable from across the room.
  5. Use access keys for private dashboardsShow a dashboard that needs a key or token by adding a secret URL parameter or HTTP header that only screens receive.
  6. Add an HTML snippetShow your own HTML, such as an embed code, a simple notice or a small web widget, on screens without hosting a web page.
  7. Show YouTube videos and live streamsAdd a YouTube video, playlist or live stream, or an HLS (.m3u8) or MP4 stream address, and choose whether it plays with sound.
