Here's what you can put in your media library, and how to prepare files so they look sharp and play smoothly on screens.
File types

Limits
- File size: up to 500 MB per file. The Media page shows the exact limit for your account when you drag a file onto it.
- Pages: PDFs and presentations can have up to 300 pages or slides.
- Image size: up to 50 megapixels.
Tips for great-looking content
- Match the screen. Most TVs are 1920×1080 (landscape) or 1080×1920 (portrait). Designing at that size avoids blurring and cropping.
- Use MP4 (H.264) for video. CompleteVantage doesn't re-encode your video, so what you upload is what the screen plays. HEVC (H.265) and some MOV files from phones won't play on every TV box. If a video doesn't play, export it again as MP4, H.264, 1080p.
- Keep text big. People read screens from across a room. Aim for at least 40 pixels tall on a 1080p design.
- Check the dates. Use show from and until dates for anything seasonal, so old offers disappear on time. See Set show dates and tags.
